Ensuring the safety of our pups and staff is our top priority in the facility. Therefore, we have established specific requirements that must be met before joining. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a safe environment for everyone.
Cleanliness
Cleanliness is an essential aspect of any environment, whether it's a home, office, or public space. A clean space not only looks better but also promotes better health and well-being. Our company prioritizes cleanliness and ensure that our spaces are always kept tidy and hygienic and keep a regular cleaning schedule daily, weekly and monthly.
Communication
We strongly believe that the one that knows best for the pup is the pet parent, which is why we have a very strong line of communication with them. We use direct messages to communicate with the pet parent to update them about their fur baby while they are here with us. Not a day will pass by that the pet parent will not receive a load of pictures. The best part is that these pictures are for the parent to keep forever! We love to capture all the memories being made with us one picture at a time!!
