Playtimes Included
At Pupstreet, we believe that every pup deserves to have fun and make new friends. That's why we offer group plays for our boarders, so they can socialize and get plenty of exercise throughout the day. We don't believe in keeping pups cooped up in their suites all day - we want them to have a while they're here! And the best? There is no additional charge for playtimes - it's just part of our philosophy!
We absolutely love hosting families with multiple dogs! We understand that each has their own unique sleeping habits and preferences. Whether they prefer to snuggle up together or have their own space, we are more than happy to accommodate And if one of your friends needs to eat separately, no problem at all! We're thrilled to make sure is comfortable and happy during their stay, and there's no extra charge for these special requests.
To Do List Before Boarding
What will day to day look like for your pup?
At our facility, we prioritize cleanliness and hygiene for your furry friend. We start the day by cleaning their suites and providing them with a nutritious breakfast. Throughout the day, your pup will have two supervised 20 minute group playtimes along with three potty breaks spread evenly throughout the day. We end the day with a delicious dinner to keep your pup happy and healthy. We are more than happy to accommodate. Pup parents are more than welcomed to add on more playtimes!

### 1. Acceptance of Terms
By signing our registration form or utilizing our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using our services.

### 2. Services Offered
PupStreet Hotel and Spa provides dog boarding, grooming, and daycare services. Detailed descriptions of services, pricing, and availability can be found on our website or by contacting our facility.

### 3. Registration, Consultation, Honesty, and Fees
- All new clients must complete a registration form, providing accurate and complete information about the dog(s) being enrolled.
- The pet parent is expected to be honest and fully disclose any health or behavioral issues their dog has. If PupStreet is not made aware of such issues and an incident occurs as a result, PupStreet will not be held liable.
- A consultation is required prior to boarding or daycare services to ensure the safety of your dog and our staff.
- Payment for any service is due the day of service:
- Boarding: Payment is due upon drop-off.
- Daycare: Must be prepaid with daycare credits or, if without credits, paid at pick-up.
- Grooming: Payment is due upon pick-up.
- A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure reservations for boarding services during peak times (holidays, weekends, etc.).
- Daycare credits: For credits to be applied, owner must buy credits prior to the booking. Credits may not be applied to past bookings.

### 4. Health and Vaccination Requirements
- All dogs must be current on vaccinations (including rabies, distemper, parvovirus, and Bordetella), and proof of vaccination must be provided prior to check-in.
- All boarders and daycare attendees must be on an oral flea and tick preventative. Proof must be provided by either sending us a picture of the prescription box or a summary/reminders sheet from your vet.
- Dogs must be free from fleas and ticks. PupStreet Hotel and Spa reserves the right to refuse service for issues such as fleas, aggressive behavior, severe anxiety, destructiveness, compromised health, or any concern for health and safety.
- Any special medical needs or behavioral issues must be disclosed at registration.
- If your dog brings fleas into the facility, the pet parent is responsible for paying for a flea bath for their dog.

### 5. Drop-Off, Pick-Up, and Late Arrivals
#### Boarding
- Pick-up and drop-off hours for boarding are 8:30am–11:45am and 2:00pm–5:30pm.
- Late pick-up is allowed with a daycare add-on up until 6:30pm.
- Late drop-off (after 5:30pm) is $15 for drop-off before 6:00pm and $30 for drop-off from 6:00pm to 6:30pm.
#### Grooming
- Dogs dropped off for grooming must be picked up within 1 hour of the first notification that the service is complete. After the first hour, a $1 per minute late fee will apply.

### 6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled service for a full refund on peak seasons and 3 days ( 72hours) on non-peak seasons.
- Cancellations made within 7 days ( or 3 days on non-peak seasons) will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service.
- No refunds will be issued for no-shows or early departures.

### 7. Liability Waiver and Incident Policy
- Clients agree to hold PupStreet Hotel and Spa and its employees harmless from any and all liability for injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the use of our services, including but not limited to injury to your dog, to other dogs, or to any person.
- In the event of an emergency, PupStreet will attempt to contact the owner or the designated emergency contact. If the owner cannot be reached, PupStreet Hotel and Spa is authorized to make decisions regarding the situation.
- If an incident occurs where your dog is hurt due to the fault of the facility, PupStreet will cover what is necessary for your pet to return to health- limit to $1,500 but only through our partnered veterinarian. If you prefer to use your primary vet, PupStreet will not be liable for those expenses. Any check-up or secondary visit after the incident will not be covered, as PupStreet will have already fulfilled its responsibility through the initial care.
- The pet parent is held liable for any damages, equipment, or destruction of property caused by severe destructive behavior of their dog.

### 8. Right to Refuse Service
PupStreet Hotel and Spa reserves the right to refuse service for any of the following reasons: fleas, aggressive behavior, severely anxious or destructive dogs, dogs with compromised health, or any reason concerning health and safety.
